Paul Cravinho
Paul is the Co-Founder of Senior Living Consultants of New York. He came into the senior living industry nearly 15 years ago after accepting a sales position for a luxury senior living brand. Paul quickly realized the positive impact he could make in people's lives by selling with compassion, knowledge and patience and by recognizing that transparency and honesty should always lead the sales process. He remained at that same company until the founding of Senior Living Consultants of New York.
Paul is a proud Rhode Islander by birth. He lives in Westchester with his wife, Joana, and their children.
Beth Weeks, RN
Beth is a Registered Nurse and the Co-Founder of Senior Living Consultants of New York. For almost 25 years, she has worked in nearly every aspect of senior living, including dementia care, assisted living, administration and has also spent time working with seniors with mental illness. She is passionate about education, advocacy and transparency when helping people navigate the senior living landscape.
Beth and her husband, Kevin, split their time between Manhattan and Columbia County, New York. She is an avid runner and musician.
Jenny Bonadonna
As a sales director in a luxury brand community, Jenny had the opportunity to find her true passion - helping seniors find their next home. Starting off in administration and working her way up allowed her to learn the ins and outs of assisted living operations, build a strong, professional network of resources and become a proactive advisor to her community. With her hands-on experience and compassion, she is dedicated to finding the right fit for each unique individual.
Jenny was born and raised on Long Island and currently lives in Suffolk County. She is an active volunteer for many organizations and enjoys travelling and camping in her spare time.
Enza Ferrante
Enza has over two decades of experience in advocacy, leadership and coordination of senior care. She has worked as a social worker, program director and sales director in senior living, adult day programs and home care. Her clinical background in social work, coupled with her personal and professional experience in senior care, brings a unique perspective to her role in finding the most suitable care and senior living placement options.
Enza was born in Palermo, Italy, and grew up in New York City. She is fluent in Italian, and conversational in Spanish and American Sign Language. Enza lives in Westchester with her family and their wonderful rescue dog, Gaia.
